InsCipher, an Insurtech industry leader specializing in excess and surplus lines (E&S) tax compliance, recognizes three employees who have been appointed to several influential committees across the insurance industry, emphasizing the insurtech’s commitment to the E&S landscape.
Jason Russon, VP of Sales & Marketing and a key player in the fast growth of InsCipher, has joined the Securities and Insurance Licensing Association (SILA) Finance Committee.. “I look forward to collaborating with leaders who share our passion for developing solutions that support our clients and drive the E&S market forward,” shares Russon.
With over 18 years of experience, Compliance Officer Becky Farthing has been appointed to the SILA Steering Committee. As a member of the steering committee, Becky will collaborate with other industry leaders, including lawyers, brokers, and compliance professionals, to educate the industry and refine compliance best practices. Becky also serves as the SILA Buckeye chapter co-chair and as a member of the Wholesale & Specialty Insurance Association (WSIA) InsurTech Committee.
Madeline Heintz, Product Marketing Manager, brings a fresh perspective to the Texas Surplus Lines Association (TSLA) and WSIA. Heintz offers, “Being a part of these organizations allows me to dive deep in the insurance industry, building meaningful connections to foster innovation and collaboration through the E&S market.” She serves on the TSLA Texans Under Forty Committee and on the WSIA Events Committee.
