InsCipher Named 2026 Utah Business Innovation Award Winner

InsCipher has been named the 2026 Utah Business Innovation Award winner in the Insurtech/Fintech/Proptech category, recognizing our work to modernize surplus lines tax compliance through purpose-built technology.

For the past 10 years, InsCipher has focused on simplifying one of the insurance industry’s most complex and historically manual processes. Our technology combines automation with deep E&S compliance expertise to help more than 400 insurance organizations navigate changing state requirements, reduce manual work, and manage compliance more efficiently.

In 2025 alone, InsCipher supported more than $28 billion in premium, powered compliance across 2.2 million transactions, and managed compliance activities for more than 71,000 insurance licenses.
