Webinar Recap – Making the Most Out of InsCipher Connect

InsCipher’s Director of Customer Success, Elizabeth Radka, discussed important features such as Batch Filing (E-filing) Enhancements, Password Manager, State Report Automation, and a host of other Connect® features.

During the webinar, our attendees asked several important questions. We’ve decided to share those questions and their answers with you here:

Q: If filing for wholesale brokers, will there be a field to enter the retail agent info along with the declining carriers for? 

A: Yes 


Q: When will NY improvements be coming? 

A: NY enhancements will be available in about 6-8 weeks.


Q: Who should I contact to make sure we have our agencies set up correctly or if there are any changes we need to make in the area?

Q: Can this calendar be shared with folks so we can leverage this in our state filing planning? 

A: Sure, we can send this out. 


Q: Can you all speak to the expected states that will follow with the Excel report automation and when they should deploy? 

A: Certainly. We will send this out within a few days. 


Q: Are KY Municipal filings included in the scope of the Excel filing documents to come? 

A: Yes, it’s in our roadmap, it will be about 8-10 weeks before it is available. 


Q: Does InsCipher anticipate additional reporting and state capabilities in the tool? Also has state task assignments been considered to be a bulk move via reassigning functionality under the Filings tab without having to manually adjust each one. 

A1: Yes, we have filing analytics that we will be making available to everyone. 

A2: Yes, this is also on our roadmap, we are waiting for the design to be finished, likely 6-8 weeks out. 


Q: How do you get to the documents template window to use E-signature of producer? 

A: You will need to add the producer’s digital signature in the License settings. You can read more about it in our Help Center article located here.


**If anyone needs help setting up the Password Manager, please let us assist you. It will be worth it, like Liz said in the presentation, for your organization to get this up and running.
